The Equi-Stretch® method is a system of unmounted exercises designed specifically for riders of all disciplines. Riders work regularly to improve the performance of their equine partners through exercises designed to enhance the athletic ability of the horse. LEVEL ONE DVD $39.95
A 35 minute home workout, taught by professional movement instructor Dan Weltner, Equi-Stretch® is designed to enhance the rider’s muscular efficiency. From beginner to Grand Prix, Equi-Stretch® is comprised of specific exercises which target key areas for equestrians.
